


My Yoga classes focus on overall body posture (asanas), toning, opening and strengthening, as well as flexibility, alignment and balance. I will guide you through the class with control and practice of your breathing (pranayama). Meditation and mindfulness techniques are also practised within class. I place a strong emphasis on tailoring each session to your individual needs.
I am well versed in Yoga instruction leading workshops, Seasonal Retreats, along with live presentations for festivals. With the advent of livestreaming I am preparing home practice and various sessions for selected gyms/studios.
Classes are kept small with 6 – 10 yogis and individual travel costs in Auckland may apply.

For more personalized sessions I also offer pre/post-natal yoga, mother and baby yoga, preschool (under 5), and retirement village chair stretch, and pilates for seniors.
