

My classes are built on strong foundations that support both beginners and experienced yogis alike. Guided by breath (pranayama), movement and postures (asana), mudras (hand gestures) and meditation, my teaching creates space for strength, balance and connection.
Drawing from practices including Vinyasa yoga, each class synchronises breath with flowing movement, helping you cultivate presence, energy and harmony with the natural rhythms of life.
As a yoga instructor, I pride myself on my strong individual style which allows me to teach and educate yogis at differing levels. I provide a mix of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa fused with elements of Yin and Yang (solar/lunar) through earth, water, fire, and air.
In my own practice my understanding of yoga has evolved with consciousness over the last 28 years, giving the ability to provide my students with experienced knowledge.
I offer a blend of styles to suit every individual as a tailor-made yoga therapy. In addition I offer private tuition inspiring small or larger groups.
