There are specific foundation blocks in my classes which I teach from beginners through to experienced yogis. My styles are based on the principles of breath (pranayama), movement and postures (asana), mudras (hand gestures) and meditation. I teach and practise various forms of yoga including Vinyasa, which brings the benefits of synchronizing your breath to flow sequences and the rhythms of nature.
As a yoga instructor, I pride myself on my strong individual style which allows me to teach and educate yogis at differing levels. I provide a mix of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa fused with elements of yin and yang (solar/luna) through earth, water, fire, and air.
In my own practice my understanding of yoga has evolved with consciousness over the last 20 years, giving the ability to provide my students with experienced knowledge.
I offer a blend of styles to suit every individual as a tailor-made yoga therapy. In addition I offer private tuition inspiring small or larger groups.

I aim to make yoga accessible to anyone, from any background, who is looking for a total physical, mental and emotional transformation; allowing you to discover something for yourself. I’ve been fortunate enough in my life to have had many masterful mentors and teachers, they have all inspired me to be a better version of myself in various ways. Now I encourage people to stop looking outside of themselves for answers – instead to trust themselves and the process more.
I’ve personally tried living on other people’s answers and it’s never gone well! I’ve realised, I need to discover for myself and the insights that best fit me. The more you practise, the more this method will resonate with you and enable you to discover your true North!
Our busy lifestyles in this fast pace and ever-changing world can play havoc with our inner centre of equanimity and peace. I aim to counter this common disconnection to empower you by what I call ‘boundless self-expression’. By having the freedom authentically to be and act outside the confines of ‘doing things the right way’ without feeling limited or bound up by expectations imposed on us by ourselves or others.
In this free space to simply express, we enter a realm of self-discovery and new possibility that can alter our lives in very real and tangible ways, both on and off the mat.
On many levels, be it physical, emotional or energetic, we are literally opening, strengthening and releasing muscles of the body, which can result in a paradigm shift in how we see life and ourselves.
We can begin to trust ourselves intuitively in new ways and make choices that fully honour ourselves in any situation.

The more control we have in our mind, the more power we have in our lives. There are three main components to yoga. The physical postures; the stretching, the breath and relaxation. This is the global functioning of our bodies. Self regulation; our ability to control our internal stress response or emotional responses. This is reflected as resilience to stress, and our equanimity which bring psychological change.
Another key area is mind/body awareness. To experience what's going on in the body and also to observe the flow of your thoughts. This cultivation of mind/body awareness leads to 'mindfulness' that can change our behaviour in very positive and transformative ways.
